At Whiskeyland LLC, we take pride in offering rare and vintage whiskeys of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase:

 

1. Return Policy

All sales of vintage whiskey are final. Due to the rarity, age, and collectible nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product descriptions, images, and verifying details before completing your purchase.

2. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in cases where the item received is:

  • Incorrect: If you receive a different product than the one ordered.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will assess the situation and provide appropriate support.

To request a refund:

  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, where applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect storage or handling of the whiskey post-delivery.
  • Minor aesthetic imperfections on vintage bottles or packaging, as these are expected due to the product’s age.

4. Shipping Costs

If you are eligible for a refund due to an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, all shipping fees are non-refundable.
