Hibiki 40 Years Old

A highly anticipated release from The House of Suntory, Hibiki Aged 40 Years is an ultra-limited release blending together malts and grain from renowned distilleries Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita.

The whisky is bottled at 43% ABV, after having been aged in a mix of casks, including Mizunara Japanese oak, Spanish oak and American oak. Expect a nose of Japanese loquat and lemon peel, alongside a palate of honey and dry fig, ending with aromatic spices.
