This Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey has been matured for 25 years in individually selected casks, before being bottled at a cask strength of 51.8% abv. The limited release consists of just 2000 bottles. Free from chill filtration.

Rich notes of toffee, maple syrup and vanilla pods on the nose, with a touch of toasted almond. The palate shines with notes of caramel sauce, plum jam, honey, nutmeg and sweet oak, all of which linger long into the finish.
