This single malt was distilled at St. Magdalene in 1982. The expression spent a monumental 39 years maturing in a refill American hogshead before being bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2021 at 54.8% abv.

The nose is full of vibrant grapefruit, dark brown sugar, and apple pie before leading to a palate with notes of lemon drizzle cake, passion fruit, and candied pineapple. The finish brings toasted oak, white pepper, and bright citrus.
