Longmorn 1987 33 Year Old Connoisseurs Choice

From the world-acclaimed Connoisseurs Choice range comes this Longmorn single malt whisky, independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail. Distilled in 1987, this expression has spent 33 years in a refill American hogshead before being bottled in November 2020 at 51% abv without chill filtration or added colouring. Highly limited, just 196 bottles have been produced.

The nose has plenty fresh citrus aromas with pineapple, soft vanilla and ripe pears. On the palate, tropical fruits and cereal with a hint of chilli, followed by oak and hazelnuts. The finish is rich and sweet, abundant with caramel.
