This is a rare small batch rye whiskey from WhistlePig. This unique expression was distilled and began its maturation in Canada before being transported to Vermont's WhistlePig farm. There, it finished its slumber and was bottled at 50% abv. The nose brings sugared almonds, menthol, and stewed raspberries. The palate brings allspice, fresh vanilla, cinnamon, and citrus before a medium and warming finish with gentle hints of cherry appearing at the close.
